This is an example of one of the houses we have constructed here on the Costa del Sol. It is available to view as a show house during the week. This particular design would cost you around 110,000 euros plus the cost of the land and utility connections. This price is for the finished product and built at 140m2, so quite a large family residence.

Above you can see the interior finish that is offered. All furnishings can be ordered for you although we suggest that this is organised by you as it is a personal choice.

We can offer the traditionally looking log homes although in some areas there are restrictions with the town councils as to the colour of houses and roofs. To the right you will see a house that we built in an area that has these restrictions. This house is just over 100m2 and cost around 74,000 euros plus the land and utility connections.
